Under CPA Model Conditions, the customer is responsible for the planning of the lift, the provision of a qualified Appointed Person (AP), and the necessary insurance cover.

Customer Responsibilities Under CPA Hire:
To ensure a safe and compliant lift, the customer must provide:

A Qualified Appointed Person: To oversee the Lifting Plan, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS).

Supervision & Personnel: A Crane Supervisor and Slinger/Signallers as required.

Comprehensive Insurance: Cover for Loss or Damage to the Crane while on-site, as well as "Goods Under Hook" and Public Liability.
